Dear Stingray Families,

As another swim season comes to a close, we want to extend a huge congratulations and thank you to everyone for making this such a fun and successful summer!

Our team simply could not function without the incredible support of our parent volunteers. Whether you worked timers, ribbons, deck manager, bullpen, concessions, setup, cleanup, or any of the many other volunteer roles, your willingness to give your time helped every meet run smoothly. Thank you for stepping up week after week!

We also want to give a very special thank you to our coordinator volunteers, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes all season long. From keeping our computer system (and its haunted printer!) running, ensuring the meet jobs were filled, stocking and staffing concessions, putting the end of season party together, coordinating with opposing teams, our HOA, and our coaches, to keeping everyone informed with timely communications—your countless hours were absolutely essential to our success.

This season brought a lot of "firsts" for our team and leadership, and with those came valuable lessons. We discovered areas where we can improve, and we're excited to build on what we've learned. Thanks to your patience, flexibility, and support, we're confident that next season will be even better.

Thank you for helping create a positive, encouraging, and fun environment for our swimmers. We hope you all have a wonderful rest of your summer, and we look forward to seeing everyone back at the pool next season!
